As summer begins, there are many opportunities to connect with our community, celebrate the cultures that make San José special, and stay engaged in important conversations shaping our city’s future.
Community Forum on Home Energy Updates
Join our office and San José Clean Energy for a community forum on home energy updates on Monday, June 1, from 6:00–7:00 PM at Cypress Community Center.
Residents will learn about available rebates and incentives, heat pump technology, upcoming appliance regulations, and other programs designed to help households save energy and lower costs.
WEPA Festival
WEPA Festival returns to Downtown San José on Friday, June 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at 510 South First Street.
This annual celebration of Puerto Rican culture and salsa music brings together residents from across the region for an evening of music, dancing, food, and community.
Juneteenth in the Street Festival
The African American Community Service Agency will host its 45th Annual Juneteenth in the Street Festival in the SOFA District.
Juneteenth is an opportunity to honor Black history, culture, resilience, and freedom while celebrating the many contributions of San José’s Black community.
Free Summer Concert Series
Levitt Pavilion San José has kicked off its free summer concert series at St. James Park, running from May 24 through September 6.
Envision San José 2040 General Plan Review
The Envision San José 2040 General Plan Four-Year Review Task Force will hold its seventh meeting on Wednesday, June 3, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at City Hall Wing Rooms 118–120.
