Looking for Info on Costco and/or El Paseo Projects?

Posted on May 23, 2023September 13, 2023 By James Reeves No Comments on Looking for Info on Costco and/or El Paseo Projects?

We have pulled together some links to various websites that maintain updates and/or status of the new Costco store and the El Paseo projects. These sites aren’t always updated regularly. In addition, we try to send out updates via our newsletter.

  1. The city’s website is a good place to start.
    • https://www.sanjoseca.gov/your-government/departments-offices/planning-building-code-enforcement/planning-division/major-development-projects/el-paseo-and-saratoga-ave-mixed-use-village
  2. Another “official” website is El Paseo Together.
  3. Another place to get information is the city permit portal. Not always up, search by address.
  4. The final place is Rosemary’s website.
  5. One of the best ways to stay informed is to attend Rosemary Kamei’s Office Hours.
  6. Country Lane Neighborhood Association has created a group called Save West Valley whose mission is to mobilize efforts affecting West Valley residents.  Currently, their focus is the Costco project.
  7. If you want the latest on the lawsuit, the county has a portal for cases.
  8. The new developer drawings and plans are here:
