We are reaching out to inform you that construction activities for the El Paseo Mixed-Use Project will begin the week of July 7, beginning with site preparation and demolition in the coming months, followed by construction of buildings and infrastructure
Noise and Vibration Monitoring
The project will adhere to all noise and vibration mitigation measures outlined in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP; File No. PDC19-049). All work will comply with City *requirements, including active noise and vibration monitoring.
Minimizing Disruptions
Should an issue arise that requires immediate attention, our designated Noise Disturbance Coordinator will be available to address concerns promptly please contact Roy Michel, (360) 907-7227.
