Building 3 Modification to Approved Plans
Sand Hill is proposing to modify the Planned Development Permit for Building 3. This modification would lower the height/stories from 12 stories down to a single-story building (58,735 sf). Building 3 would still contain a Whole Foods Market and a mix of ground floor retail. The Approved PD plans included a 2 level underground garage with 1,002 vehicle parking spaces. Under the modification, the underground garage would be reduced to a single underground level and only 295 parking spaces (239 underground spaces +56 surface parking spaces).
