From the September 5th, 2023 meeting: In summary, Building 3, the Whole Foods building, was reduced in height from 4 stories to 1 story. The commercial space was reduced from 143,455 sf to 58,370 sf. Underground parking for that building stayed the same at 1 level. Number of residences in that building is zero. No other changes were announced at the meeting. The reason given for the reductions is that Sand Hill could not get financing for more. The time frame from now until Whole Foods opening was about 3 years.
