Sand Hill has submitted an application for changes to Building 3, the Whole Foods building. The building will be 5 stories, a decrease from 11 stories, and the housing units will be eliminated. The housing units, over 200, will be added to Buildings 1 and 2. The underground parking will be changed as well. Sand Hill has plans to change Buildings 1 and 2, but hasn’t submitted them to the city. The city has asked Sand Hill for some available dates for the Community Meeting, but hasn’t heard back. The city has asked for 25 to 30 days advance notice for the meeting.
